About Maranatha Grace

Our name

Maranatha is Aramaic transliteration of Greek word, μαράνα θά – “Our Lord, come!” (likely an early Jewish Christian prayer for the return of Jesus)

Grace: Greek, χάρις (charis) – a free gift of God’s undeserved, unmerited favor, loving-kindness, compassion

Our calling

Maranatha Grace exists to make much of Jesus. Our calling is to be the city of God within the city of man, a community of Christ worshipers who are in the world, not of the world, but for the world through our obedience to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.

Our Hope

Our hope is that Maranatha Grace will be more than a place where you just show up to do your religious ‘thing’ for the week. Our desire is for you to discover the living God, to be found by Him, and then grow in a deeper understanding of Him.

Naturally, everything can’t be covered on a website such as this, so our hope is to get to know you in person. Visiting us on a Sunday for our Worship Gathering would be a good way to start. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out one of our elders or staff.
